Caise is a Licensed Independent Therapist with a Master’s Degree from Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor’s Degree from The Ohio State University. She has over 20 years' experience working with adults, children and adolescents. Her background ranges from school administration in New York City to hospital and school-based social work and private practice in Cleveland. She has worked in private & community practices specializing in Mood Disorders, ADHD, Trauma Informed Care & Disordered Eating.  She currently has a private practice with The Hull Institute of Cleveland, Ohio.

Purpose

Brainfreeze shares simple, accessible skills that are evidence-based, best practice for reducing the impact of anxiety, stress, obsessions & compulsions as well as intrusive and pervasive thoughts.  

​

Strategies are for anyone for daily maintenance and as part of a treatment approach to clinical disorders. 

​

Mood disorders are best managed with the support of a therapeutic team.  This is a supplemental tool for a system of care where needed. Check out our referral page for resources.
